This role involves acting as a vital link between our clients and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication, requirements gathering, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the offshore team
- Gather client requirements, clarify doubts, and confirm alignment with client expectations
- Provide frequent updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables
- Ensure seamless coordination with the offshore team
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex Level 2 and Level 3 support issues
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval
- Implement ETL processes for data integration and workflow solutions
- Document all processes and maintain comprehensive records of system issues and resolutions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support services and operational efficiency

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a support analyst role
- Proficiency in L2 and L3 support
- Expertise in PLSQL
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Microsoft Azure experience
