Senior Spotfire Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Spotfire Developer to join our team. This role is well-suited for an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in developing and managing Spotfire applications, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Spotfire dashboards and visualizations to meet organizational and project-specific analytics requirements
• Integrate Spotfire with various data sources, ensuring smooth data flow and usability
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and resolve performance challenges in Spotfire solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor solutions to business needs
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Regularly update and document development processes, workflows, and configurations

• Expertise in Spotfire development with 3+ years of experience in Spotfire, data visualization, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with data integration technologies, including SQL, Python, or R
• Proficiency in data modeling and database design optimization for analytics purposes
• Background in troubleshooting and performance optimization for large-scale Spotfire implementations
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and translating business needs into impactful analytics solutions
• Competency in designing interactive dashboards and applying advanced visualization techniques
• Understanding of system scalability, maintainability, and ensuring ongoing performance for analytics environments
• Flexibility to adapt Spotfire configurations based on organizational growth and process changes

• Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or IronPython for extending Spotfire functionality
• Showcase of experience in predictive analytics or advanced data science integrations with Spotfire
• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms and implementing Spotfire integrations in cloud ecosystems
