We are looking for a Senior Software Testing Engineer in Functional Testing to join us in Taipei.
As a senior role in the team, you will be working on Functional Testing with contributing your expertise to make positive impact. As a Software Testing professional, you'll fulfill a Key Tester role to rationalize Agile Methodology in the development team, partnering with multiple functional roles/teams to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities
- Create test plans and test strategies, improve testing processes, clarify requirements, provide test estimation and technical solutions
- Design, review and execute test cases, implement defect management, and conduct root cause analysis
- Analyze test results and generate test reports, measure test quality and the product quality by using test metrics, ensure the quality of the product and test deliverables by following delivery excellence practices
- Fulfill Key QA or lead role, provide guidance to testing team members, conduct technical interviews and training sessions
- Work with PM, Dev Lead and BA closely, coordinate and conduct UAT with the clients or business users

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing or Test Automation
- Advanced level of skills in test planning, test strategy creation, theoretical knowledge of test automation principles and frameworks available on the market, test case design, defect hunting and project quality analysis
- Plenty of experience in different levels and types of testing, including functional testing, Integration testing, SIT, UAT, requirement clarification and traceability, non-functional testing etc
- Advanced skills of Software Quality control process and SDLC, being able to follow and enhance a defined Software Quality Control process
- Proven experience in some of the following areas, XML, SQL, Linux, web-service, mobile testing, automated testing, non-functional testing, etc
- Intermediate level (CEFR B1+) or higher of spoken and written English
- Client-facing skills
- Experience in Test Automation
