We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to manage the technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, specifically focusing on advanced configuration, integration, and customization of SFMC Account Engagement (Pardot).

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the advanced configuration, integration, and customization of SFMC Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Ensure smooth operations and efficiency in managing Pardot Integration capabilities and limits
- Design and oversee Multi-BU configurations within Pardot environments
- Handle Pardot Sandbox environments and facilitate assets migration flow
- Develop and implement a Consent Management Solution in Pardot
- Work alongside various stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into the CRM solutions
- Tackle complex problems in dynamic settings to provide reliable, tailored solutions for clients
- Collaborate with clients to ensure settings and configurations meet their requirements
- Oversee the sales Cloud Connector configurations to optimize the performance of Pardot integrations
- Keep up to date with new features and functionalities within Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in the SFMC Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Proficiency in SFMC Account Engagement (Pardot) and Sales Cloud Connector
- Knowledge of Pardot Integration capabilities and limits, Multi-BU configuration, Pardot Sandbox, and Assets Migration Flow
- Expertise in developing and implementing Consent Management Solutions in Pardot
- Skills in Engagement Flows to align marketing strategies with Salesforce capabilities
- Competency in managing technical aspects with diverse teams from Latam and the US
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset for addressing and resolving technical challenges effectively
- Background in broader Salesforce CRM modules such as Market Cloud and Data Cloud
- Familiarity with data transfer and integration within Salesforce environments
- Capability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
