Your role involves setting the technical direction, collaborating across teams, and ensuring our software not only meets but consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Design and build efficient, maintainable solutions
- Set technical direction for mobile software
- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and high-performing software
- Mentor and guide a talented group of software engineers to enable teams to achieve their missions
- Promote continuous learning and technical excellence
- Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Improve code quality, standards, and best practices
- Work from the office in Adelaide, Brisbane or Sydney (2-3 days per week)

- 7+ years in software development with expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- 3+ years of leadership experience in software engineering
- Native experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) is beneficial
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, with a deep appreciation for a DevOps culture
