We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio.
The successful candidate will be essential in implementing Salesforce FSC with an emphasis on the Life and Voluntary Benefits domain. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of configuring innovative solutions while focusing on performance and maintainability.

• Configure the Salesforce FSC platform according to specific business requirements in the Life and Voluntary Benefits domain
• Balance custom solutions with out-of-the-box functionality to enhance performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FSC solutions effectively
• Design, test, and deploy OmniStudio configurations to meet project goals
• Document all processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in software engineering
• Must possess certifications in FSC and OmniStudio
• Proficiency in implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Expertise in configuring and deploying OmniStudio tools
• Background in working with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Skills in designing scalable and robust solutions in Salesforce environments
• Competency in blending custom and pre-built solutions for optimal business results
• Strong communication skills with a client-centric mindset

• Experience leading teams or projects within Salesforce ecosystem
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of cloud computing and SaaS models
