We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Data Integration to join our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust data integration processes to support our organization's data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient data flow and high data quality across multiple platforms and systems.

Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across the Google Cloud Learning organization to gather requirements and translate reporting and analytic needs into effective BI solutions
- Design and develop ETL packages and scripts to facilitate data extraction and loading into data warehouses using Google's internal workflow engines
- Transition legacy workflows to newer infrastructure while complying with updated design standards
- Enforce data security measures and implement access policy standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize data integration processes to enhance performance and scalability

- Background in Data Warehousing, ETL, and Reporting with over 5 years of hands-on experience
- Extensive expertise in executing data warehouse projects across various business domains
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) with strong data manipulation and query development skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Dashboards (PLX Dashboards), Data Studio, Looker, and Tableau
- Competency in implementing and maintaining data security protocols
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Showcase of previous experience with Google's internal BI stack including Dremel/F1, BigQuery, PLX, Looker
