We are seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to join our team. This role will focus on a project centered around asset management involving complex integrations and third-party dependencies. The successful candidate will ensure seamless migration and implementation, address performance and scalability issues, and overcome content creation and governance challenges within Sitecore.

Responsibilities
- Oversee complex integrations and manage third-party dependencies within the asset management project
- Guarantee smooth migration and implementation processes within Sitecore environments
- Balance the demands for customization with the need for maintainability
- Address and resolve performance and scalability challenges in Sitecore
- Tackle content creation and governance issues within the Sitecore framework
- Utilize Sitecore's extensive feature set to fulfill client specifications
- Adapt swiftly to changing client needs and project requirements
- Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized team comprising 6 to 10 members with diverse skill sets
- Maintain regular communication with client managers and the development team for project alignment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sitecore development
- Proficiency in .NET Framework
- Experience with Sitecore Headless implementations
- Skilled in jQuery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with client managers and development teams
- Capable of working under pressure to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, responsive to changes
- Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with Sitecore Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Sitecore Personalization techniques
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
