We are seeking a talented Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our vibrant team in the tech industry. If you excel at analyzing business requirements and turning them into actionable strategies, we encourage you to connect with us!
This role focuses on product requirements and guiding the engineering team toward successful ServiceNow implementations.
This position features a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week based at the client's office in Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, or Gdansk.

Responsibilities

  • Define and clarify requirements through stakeholder input
  • Outline scope across the full program in a concise manner
  • Develop and maintain documentation critical to program and project management
  • Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other engineering groups to deliver high-quality products on schedule
  • Act as scrum master, manage schedules, identify risks, and effectively communicate with project stakeholders
  • Oversee release schedules and milestones while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Provide direct software development and project management support, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and enhance inter/intra-team communication
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend areas for optimization
  • Plan detailed timelines and execute project plans
  • Apply data analysis techniques to inform decision-making processes
  • Conduct meetings and run workshops with stakeholders
  • Track project progress and report key metrics
  • Confirm that solutions align with business needs and requirements
  • Assist during deployment phases
  • Evaluate success via post-implementation reviews
  • Stay informed about emerging industry trends and best practices

  • ServiceNow implementation experience (minimum 1 year)
  • 4 or more years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical disciplines
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
  • Background in Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience as a scrum master overseeing development sprints
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst in the technology sector
  • Skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Expertise in communication and interpersonal interaction
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of business process modeling methods
  • Competency in project management methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
