We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Systems Engineer with specialized expertise in ForgeRock.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our identity and access management solutions. This role requires a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can deliver effective security systems that protect our organization's digital assets.

• Deliver services in a direct capacity on IAM ForgeRock engagements
• Engage in requirements gathering and use case development
• Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives
• Develop deployment and implementation methodologies and standards according to best practices
• Install, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems including User Life-Cycle Management and Identity and Access Governance
• Transcribe and present technical information to business and executive levels
• Develop, execute test cases, and manage test plans for IAM solutions
• Install, integrate, and manage systems for Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, and Federation
• Conduct code reviews and technical reviews with team members
• Design, implement, and manage solutions using ForgeRock Identity Management (OpenIDM), ForgeRock Access Management (OpenAM), and ForgeRock Directory Services (OpenDJ)
• Utilize the ForgeRock Backstage Portal for engagement and support
• Develop scripts and connectors for seamless integration with various systems
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits and provide optimizations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure business requirements are effectively met
• Maintain security policies and standards with regular updates, patches, and compliance documentation

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management implementation experience using ForgeRock IAM suite
• Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell
• Experience with light admin/support for Linux (Redhat) and Windows OSs and Tomcat
• Background in ITSM environments and using tools like ServiceNow
• Experience in Controlled Change Management/Deployment environments
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies
• Proficiency in LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RESTful APIs
• Skills in basic Linux shell and windows PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with directory services concepts and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Background in cybersecurity or related fields
