Responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader to an Agile team
• Guide, coach, and advocate for Agile methodologies within the team and organization to consistently deliver customer value
• Facilitate Scrum events
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized and understood by all team member
• Manage risks, mitigate impediments and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams
• Foster open communication and encourage the voicing of ideas to ensure transparency in progress
• Educate Agile teams on maximizing efficiency and performance through scaled Agile practices and values
• Perform technical/functional review and analysis, prepare internal and external documentation, and work closely with clients to drive project results

• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst or a similar role
• Deep knowledge of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in tools such as GitLab, Jira and Confluence
• Hands-on experience in delivering products/project in an Agile Environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical/development teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to drive planning on project stream/sub-projects to ensure overall delivery and build a product from scratch
• Ability to gather and elaborate requirements fast in an outsourced environment
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred
• Native Thai speaker with business English proficiency (B2)
