Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
- Integration Strategies: Design and implement integration solutions with other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability
- Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, recommending enhancements where necessary
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and integration workflows

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record of leading global projects
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
- Integration Experience: Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and experience with REST/SOAP web services
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
- Global Experience: Prior experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred
