We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading QA teams and ensuring the highest level of quality for Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Integrations). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct thorough functional testing, and provide timely feedback to aid in debugging and resolving issues.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Integrations)
• Conduct thorough functional testing of Salesforce applications to identify and report defects
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues
• Provide timely and detailed feedback to the development team to aid in debugging and resolving issues
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing tools to continuously improve the QA process
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members
• Ability to create Testing Dashboards for reporting purposes

• 5-8 years of proven experience as a Senior QA Tester, with a focus on Salesforce (Sales, Service & Integrations)
• Solid understanding of the Agile software development life cycle and QA methodologies for Salesforce applications
• Experience working with Salesforce Integration and SIT in a SCRUM team
• Ability to write automated test cases, execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with SOQL and scripting languages is a plus
• Fluent English communication
