Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a team of 6 to 10 colleagues and engage with external vendors to enhance the Salesforce platform
• Participate in regular discussions with client managers and the development team to outline project requirements and report on progress
• Utilize excellent communication skills to share ideas and work collaboratively towards common goals
• Manage multiple tasks effectively and adjust rapidly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Conduct technical research, analyze findings, and implement optimized solutions
• Develop and enhance new functionalities from initial conception based on inputs from analysts and product owners
• Provide ongoing support, enhance and optimize existing features during the maintenance stage

• Minimum 3+ years proficiency in and expertise in data modeling on the Salesforce platform tailored to intricate business conditions
• Experience with managing large data volumes and implementing sophisticated business logic
• Knowledge of integrating systems and competent in troubleshooting and debugging intricate issues
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle tasks with patience and precision
• Strong capability to adapt smoothly to changes
