We are looking for a proficient Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, responsible for data modeling, complex business logic, third-party system integration, and performance optimization.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work on a telecommunications project, handling large volumes of data, troubleshooting and debugging, and collaborating with a medium-sized team and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with 6 to 10 teammates and engage with third-party vendors for Salesforce platform development in the telecommunications domain
- Participate in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project requirements and progress
- Effectively communicate ideas and work towards shared goals using strong communication skills
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt well to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct tech research, analyze findings, and propose optimized solutions
- Develop new functionalities and improvements based on input from analysts and product owners
- Provide support, make enhancements, and optimize and refactor existing features in the maintenance phase

- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, specializing in Lightning Experience, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Automation Processes, Salesforce Development, and Salesforce Integration
- Experience in data modeling for complex business requirements and handling large volumes of data
- Proven ability to implement complex business logic, troubleshoot and debug issues, and optimize performance and scalability
- Capability to work effectively under tight deadlines, handle routine tasks with patience and diligence, and adapt well to changes in requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a medium-sized team and engage with third-party vendors
- B2+ English level proficiency
