Responsibilities

  • Define and clarify product requirements by gathering input from various stakeholders
  • Manage the scope of programs, ensuring clear and concise documentation
  • Create and maintain documentation to facilitate effective program management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality products
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks or issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Drive product release schedules and milestones, ensuring high velocity in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring smooth communication between teams
  • Facilitate the full software development lifecycle (build, test, release)
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives throughout the project

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Product Catalog (CPQ), Order Management, Service Cloud, or Platform
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or related technical fields
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end software development programs across multiple teams
  • Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming project challenges
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams composed of both technical and non-technical members
