- Facilitate the full software development lifecycle (build, test, release)

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Product Catalog (CPQ), Order Management, Service Cloud, or Platform
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or related technical fields
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software development programs across multiple teams
- Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
