• Architect scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce Primary Clouds
• Spearhead the implementation of Salesforce initiatives, ensuring compliance with best practices
• Deepen and preserve knowledge of business processes and the system landscape
• Work alongside diverse teams to pinpoint process enhancement opportunities
• Offer support and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators
• Safeguard data integrity and security within Salesforce environments
• Remain informed about new Salesforce features and functionalities, applying them to improve business operations
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to broaden Salesforce use among users
• Address and remedy complex challenges in Salesforce implementations
• Record architectural solutions and design specifications for future use

• At least 12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Primary Clouds
• Over 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Architect position
• Competency in Salesforce involving Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud
• Expertise in designing and deploying Salesforce solutions in expansive environments
• Familiarity with best practices for Salesforce integrations and customizations
• Flexibility to effectively function in both solo and team settings
• English proficiency level C1+ for meaningful interactions with stakeholders
