Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud within the Property and Casualty domain.
The successful candidate will ensure effective communication with the client side and thrive in a small, agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud performance specific to Property and Casualty domain
• Work closely with a team of 3-5 members to ensure agility and swift decision-making
• Ensure robust communication channels with the client side
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Maintain a consistent level of patience and diligence in routine tasks
• Achieve deadlines without compromising the quality of output
• Exhibit a positive and proactive approach to tackle challenges

• Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong communication skills and stress resistance
• Background in working under strict deadlines
• Skills in multitasking and handling various responsibilities simultaneously
• Demonstrated proactive attitude and readiness to accept new challenges

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
• Certified Salesforce Administrator credentials
• Experience with agile methodologies and small teams
