The successful candidate will focus on modularizing the codebase, integrating it with various services, and adding new features to advance the tool's functionality.

Responsibilities
- Refactor and modularize the existing Python codebase to elevate maintainability and scalability
- Enhance integration with JIRA for efficient ticket creation and manage email notifications for detected issues
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of new features
- Maintain high performance and reliability of the tool
- Implement security measures into the tool to ensure data protection
- Work on improving the tool's database interactions with GCP BQ + SQL

- 3+ years of experience in Python development, specifically in security tool contexts
- Proficiency in modular programming and code refactoring
- Proficiency with relational databases and knowledge of SQL
- Skills in using HTML/JS for web scraping functionalities
- Background in managing JIRA for ticket management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Qualifications in security or Python development would be advantageous
- Familiarity with CI/CD and ETL/ELT solutions
- Understanding of Google Cloud BigQuery and Looker Studio for enhanced data analytics
- Hands-on experience with Python Jira and JIRA API for advanced tool integration
