The customer is a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company that operates in over 100 countries and its innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Creating and Maintaining data integration pipelines in Disqover Platform
- Build and Run piplelines for data transformations inside the platform
- Coordinate updates with Ontoforce team
- Preprocess the data for integration using OpenRefine, AllegroGrph and custom scripts (Python, R)
- 3+ years of experience as Python Developer
- Solid Python production experience
- Any Graph Database knowledge
- Knowledge of rdf, ttl formats
- Experience with FAIR Data
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Life Science domain expertise
