Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Oversee scope control, scope management, and delivery planning to ensure timely project delivery
- Regularly report project progress, blockers, and dependencies to clients and drive effective resolution
- Work closely with the L2 support team to address and resolve issues, defects, and other project-related challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution
- Provide proactive solutions to any potential risks or delays that may impact project timelines
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to the overall plan
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, plans, and progress reports
- Ensure effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal use of available assets

- Strong experience in Delivery Management and Project Management
- Knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Transportation Management Systems
- Experience with Oracle Transportation System
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Java, ServiceNow, and New Relic
- 3-5 Years of experience as a project manager in the Supply Chain space
