This essential non-IT position is geared towards developing, aligning, and sustaining processes tailored specifically for workforce planning and management. The successful candidate will possess a forward-thinking attitude and adept systems thinking skills to strategically map and document various interconnected processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, align, and record processes for personnel programs and initiatives
  • Keep process alignment up-to-date and ensure ongoing documentation refresh
  • Review current WPM programs and align them with additional programs
  • Update staffing tools to accurately display processes and enhance their functionality as necessary
  • Act as a non-IT process engineering authority within the WPM team

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process evaluation, creation, visualization, and explanation
  • Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining cross-company process frameworks and partnerships
  • Capability to analyze data, essential staffing metrics, and problems based on analytical insights and trends
  • Proficiency in crafting detailed process documentation in English, making them compelling and comprehensible
  • Background in executing interviews, surveys, and various research methodologies
  • Skills in organizing and leading workshops, webinars, and training sessions for groups exceeding 70 participants
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent command of English, both in writing and verbally (C1+ level)
