Senior Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and improve our new CI/CD solutions.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for enhancing and automating manual workflows and crafting effective documentation and runbooks. This role requires a proactive individual capable of investigating existing systems, independently making decisions, and interfacing directly with customers to present tailored solutions.

• Design and develop new CI/CD solutions to enhance business operations
• Automate fragmental and predominantly manual workflows
• Write comprehensive documentation and runbooks for newly implemented technologies
• Investigate and identify issues within the existing CI/CD solutions
• Propose and implement improvements without direct supervision
• Present and explain solution decisions directly to customers
• Provide ideas and recommendations for various automation projects

• Proficiency in CI/CD concepts, including knowledge of recent market trends, common pitfalls, and best practices
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering complex CI/CD solutions
• Production-level expertise in AWS and VMware
• Competency in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Skills in Bash, Powershell, and Python scripting
• Knowledge of Ansible and Hashicorp tools including Terraform, Packer, Vault, and Consul
• Understanding of version control workflows with Git and Perforce
• Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with customers
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Prior experience with large-scale automation projects
• Certifications in AWS, VMware, or Kubernetes management
• Familiarity with additional scripting or programming languages
