We are looking for a Senior Performance Tester with extensive experience in designing and executing performance tests for web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and developing automated test scripts to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test cases based on business requirements and functionality specifications
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various performance scenarios
- Analyze performance metrics, including response time, memory usage, network, CPU usage, and throughput to detect bottlenecks
- Conduct performance testing using LoadRunner and develop test scripts according to test specifications
- Collaborate with functional teams to support automation test script development
- Engage with business representatives to ensure alignment of performance testing activities with business needs
- Report defects and track them using JIRA Zephyr/Xray
- Work in an Agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality test execution
- Communicate test results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
- Collaborate with global teams across diverse cultures and backgrounds

- 4+ years of experience in performance testing and test case creation
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner for developing test scripts and scenarios
- Proven expertise in analyzing performance metrics (response time, memory usage, network, CPU usage, throughput)
- Experience with performance testing of web applications
- Salesforce experience, including configuration and data management
- Experience with JIRA Zephyr/Xray for test management
- Strong defect reporting and tracking skills
- Agile project experience
- Ability to clearly communicate test results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- B2+ English level
