Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner, and integrate with CI tools like Jenkins and GitHub Action
  • Maintain and scale the performance testing framework to support different environments
  • Utilize various monitoring tools and APM systems to gather performance metrics
  • Analyze performance data to identify issues and bottlenecks across different system components
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance system performance
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Developers, QA, and DM to align performance testing objectives with project goals
  • Adapt performance testing practices to Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Prepare detailed performance test reports using tools such as Grafana and Confluence
  • Track performance test activities and results using tools like Jira
  • Communicate complex performance issues and solutions effectively across different organizational levels

  • Minimum 3 years of performance testing and analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Hands-on experience with load testing tools such as Apache JMeter and HP LoadRunner
  • Proficiency in various monitoring tools and APM systems including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, or ELK Kibana
  • Skills in CI/CD integration for performance testing using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Action
  • Ability to report and present performance test results using tools like Grafana and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
  • Hands-on experience with tracking tools like Jira
Nice to have
  • Expertise in programming languages including Java, Python, and Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
