Responsibilities

  • Coordination of Onboarding and/or Admin team, managing between 2 and 3 team members
  • Collaborate in maintenance of local labour law knowledge
  • Preparation of some administrative documents such us addendums, agreements and similar
  • Communication and coordination of documentation and information with the payroll company (gestoría)
  • Ensuring all the paperwork is up to date in relation to payroll taxation, payroll authorities and bureaucracy requirements knowledge
  • Resolution of any employee questions and concerns, mainly related to contractual, payroll and work permits paperwork
  • Develop, implement, manage and continuously improve HR processes and practices, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and drive positive change
  • Review and shape employment-related local policies and procedures to ensure their local relevance, effectiveness, and compliance, ensure proper documentation is in place
  • Paperwork preparation for offboarding
  • Ensuring the compliance of the client requirements and paperwork involved
  • Assisting with any admin task related to HR or any other department as required
  • Build a close and trusted relationship with all stakeholders

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or knowledge (administrative documents, payroll, leave administration, relocation, mobility, or other People Operations roles)
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) - Spanish University Degree (relaciones laborales as a preference) or high-level educational (Professional Education-FP2)
  • High-level of English and Spanish (Speaking and writing)
  • Proven experience in People Operations tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, adaptation, benefits, employee engagement, background checks, exit, employee's records management, local labor laws, compensation related aspects, employee relations, compliance, etc
  • Strong Experience managing HRIS systems, data analysis tools, as well as familiarity with employee engagement technologies
  • Expected to be self-managing and work effectively without supervision, able to coach, mentor and manage less senior members of the team and help them achieve team objectives and targets, expected to work effectively supporting People Partners, able to identify, escalate and identify risk mitigation tactics
  • Activities may include support for people processes, programs, and events for the center, location, account, region
  • Dynamic and proactive person willing to develop different tasks and open to collaborate with other departments
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • People skills and collaborative attitude
  • Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel / Outlook); competent user of the internet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit and be forthcoming with different ideas
  • Flexible and agile, able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Discretion when supporting activities and handling sensitive data
Nice to have
  • Experience in working in the technology sector or a similar, progressive industry is an advantage
  • Experience in working in multi-national and multi-cultural environment will be desirable
