Responsibilities
- Onboard & Offboard Employees: Manage the pre-boarding process, verify documents via internal system, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for new hires
- Welcome Kits & SWAG: Order and prepare welcome kits, branded items, and maintain the SWAG inventory
- Employee Orientation: Lead orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, tools, and processes
- Vacation Management: Track vacation requests and other leaves daily in the internal tool and collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate vacation payment information
- Background Checks: Coordinate background checks as needed for projects
- Medical Insurance Support: Coordinate with the insurance vendor to manage employee enrollments (including adding/removing employees from the list) and provide ongoing support by addressing inquiries of employees related to the medical program
- Benefits Management: Update the benefits program by working with new vendors, sharing details with employees, and managing benefits administration
- Policy & Procedure Support: Help create and implement internal policies, handbooks, and guidelines
- Procurement & Invoicing: Process HR Ops-related procurement and invoices in the internal tool, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely payments
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, prepare cooperation agreements, and ensure agreements are reviewed by accounting and legal teams through internal tools
- General Support: Investigate current People Operations processes and optimize them by automating tasks or implementing the best solutions for existing workflows. Provide assistance with various People Operations tasks as needed, supporting People Partners, projects, and events

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR/People Operations, with hands-on expertise in handling People Operations tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- Strong time-management, organizational and planning skills
- Discretion when supporting activities and handling sensitive data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn to work with new tools and technologies
