If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to join our hybrid working team as a Senior Paid Social Media Manager in London. Working in a multi-disciplinary team of digital marketers, creative strategists and data experts you will lead large-scale campaigns across varioussocial platforms analyse performance data and optimize strategies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate campaign briefings, set marketing goals and define KPIs
  • Design and execute digital media plans ensuring alignment with brand strategy
  • Maintain quality assurance in data tracking and global AdOps
  • Coordinate with internal teams for cohesive creative and marketing efforts
  • Monitor campaigns, optimize based on results and report on business impact
  • Develop a forward-looking vision considering market dynamics and trends for the next 2-3 years
  • Provide strategic support on marketing tactics and executional approaches
  • Invest in understanding EMEA cultural nuances to adapt strategies
  • Maintain a team knowledgeable in each expertise area and ensure accountability for all performance marketing deliveries

  • At least 3+ years of experience managing social media channels
  • Strong working knowledge of social media trends, strategies and techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of social media tools, including social media advertising
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing (multichannel marketing, SEA, SEO, CRO, remarketing, digital paid media and marketing automation)
  • Consulting skills, whiteboarding and presentation for technical and business audiences from analyst to executive level
  • Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, strong negotiation and communication skills
