We are looking for a dedicated Senior Operational Intelligence Developer to join our team.
In this key role, you will play a crucial part in migrating our client's monitoring system from Splunk to OpenSearch, integrating visualizations in Grafana. You will also be running a proof of concept (POC) to test the target architecture and determine its ability to handle key use cases, ingestion volume, and load.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Solution Architect in designing the architecture of Opensearch and Grafana
- Assess and analyze data sources originally configured in Splunk
- Develop and implement a data model in Opensearch
- Establish and optimize data ingestion pipelines
- Design and construct interactive dashboards in Grafana
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot integration issues
- Optimize system performance through robust testing protocols
- Document the process and create detailed reports
- Provide training and support to other team members

- 3+ years of experience as an Operational Intelligence Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Splunk, Opensearch, and Grafana
- Background in designing scalable data architecture
- Skills in data ingestion pipeline setup and optimization
- Expertise in dashboard and visualization creation
- Understanding of complex data analysis and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Prior experience with large-scale system migrations
- Familiarity with additional monitoring tools
