Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and deploy Okta solutions in client environments
- Design and develop technical architectures for identity management, access management, and access governance software integrations
- Document configuration, and deployment processes, and build procedures for system consistency and compliance
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL to support solution customization and integration if / when needed
- Leverage Okta's features to provide authentication and authorization services
- Oversee privileged access management to safeguard sensitive resources and maintain compliance
- Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks to achieve project goals and objectives
- Provide expertise with on-prem Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and other access management solutions
- Develop integrated architecture for device and user authentication across the GoodRx application stack
- Identify opportunities for system improvement
- Provide recommendations for systems optimization

- Proven ability to work directly with the customer without supervision
- Solid experience in Okta Administration, including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with integrating Okta into various enterprise applications and systems
- Familiarity with security concepts such as Zero Trust, least privilege, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Working experience designing and building automation across systems with consideration for scalability, redundancy, and error handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex identity-related issues
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$140,000-CA$160,000.
