• Design and implement network architecture for both on-premises and cloud environments
• Configure, operate, and automate IaaS networks including AWS and Azure
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and connectivity
• Manage network security measures to protect data and systems
• Lead and mentor junior network engineers
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure network alignment with business objectives
• Drive technical design and end-to-end implementation of network projects
• Use tools such as Splunk and Datadog for network monitoring and analysis
• Communicate network status and changes to internal stakeholders
• Maintain documentation on network configurations and procedures
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for enhancements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Participate in on-call rotation for network support
• Conduct root cause analysis on network incidents and provide solutions
• Implement network policies and processes to optimize organizational efficiency

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CCIE, AWS Professional, AWS Network Specialty)
• Experience in at least 2 multi-quarter projects
• Contributed to the engineering community (e.g., blog posts, open source contributions, tech talks)
• Expertise in configuring and operating cloud IaaS networks (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Skills in routing protocols (OSPF, MPBGP, ISIS, MPLS)
• Knowledge of network models (SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX, Netconf, Restconf, gRPC)
• Strong experience in network monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in network security protocols and best practices
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog
• Active participation in tech talks or similar community contributions
• Advanced certifications in networking or cloud technologies
