We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team and lead the migration of our identity management system from Forgerock to Okta. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement back-end solutions using C# and OAuth, focusing on Auth0 libraries and APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of back-end developers to successfully migrate the identity management system from Forgerock to Okta
- Design and develop back-end solutions using C# and OAuth
- Ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of design patterns
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies
- Mentor and coach junior developers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a .NET Developer
- Proficiency in architecture design and design patterns
- Experience with Forgerock and Okta
- Expertise in developing back-end solutions using C# and OAuth
- In-depth knowledge of Auth0 libraries and APIs
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of back-end developers
