Responsibilities
- Work closely with client stakeholders and provide a high-quality service in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide support to the delivery squad with scoping and estimation
- Develop, configure, test, and support the MuleSoft API & Integration applications that meet the client needs
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset alongside API & integration best practices, implement re-usable patterns, and help drive innovation and refinement
- Follow and enforce coding standards and conventions and perform code reviews constructively
- Ensure quality of delivery by performing comprehensive unit testing and integration testing and adopting testing automation
- Collaborate in an Agile organization and participate in Agile ceremonies and adopt Agile software development methodologies

- Work experience in integration technology
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and its components like MuleSoft Runtime, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and Design Center
- MuleSoft Developer Certification (Mule 4) Level 1 & Level 2
- Good understanding of Integration best practices and related design patterns
- Considerable experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting of reusable transformations in DataWeave 2.0
- Good understanding and working experience with connectors like database, file, web service, object store as well as messaging (JMS, Kafka, AMQP, SNS/SQS), and enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs/integration will be a bonus
- Strong SaaS MuleSoft integration patterns: REST APIs, asynchronous integration (webhook/platform events with message/event broker), batch integration
- Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Working experience with synchronous and asynchronous services
- Open-minded approach to dynamic, emerging requirements and willingness to contribute and continuously improve
- Strong verbal communication skills to comfortably participate in technical workshops with the client
- Ability to proactively identify project risks and provide mitigation options
- Ability and willingness to work within and support the team
- Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Runtime Fabric (RTF)
- Hands-on experience in designing API specification using RAML or OAS
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Implementation experience of CI/CD concepts and DevOps tool automation (e.g. of Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.)
