Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Developer

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Developer to support the seamless operation of legacy ERP systems, including Axapta 3.0 and Dynamics AX 2012. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability and offer technical expertise as these systems remain in use until their planned replacement in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to Axapta 3.0 and Dynamics AX 2012 ERP systems
• Collaborate with a small team of 3 to 5 members to ensure timely resolution and decision-making
• Interact periodically with the client to address system performance and technical concerns
• Manage and prioritize multiple technical and maintenance-related tasks effectively
• Provide technical support and implement minor enhancements during the system maintenance phase
• Engage with third-party vendors to resolve specific technical issues or deploy system updates as needed
• Adapt to North America East time zone schedules to provide prompt responses to system issues

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Axapta 3.0 with at least 3 years of working experience in these technologies
• Background in problem-solving and resolving technical issues for legacy ERP systems
• Skills in managing routine, repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and diligence
• Flexibility to use autonomous task management strategies and work with minimal supervision
• Understanding of engaging with third-party vendors and managing vendor-driven technical changes effectively
• Capability to collaborate within a focused, small team and ensure efficient communication
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level
