In this role, you will be responsible for building and promoting a quality-oriented culture, conducting audits, analyzing findings, and coaching team members to improve performance. Responsibilities
- Build and promote a quality-oriented culture through innovative infrastructure, communications, awareness programs, and training
- Facilitate and conduct audits, analyze findings, suggest improvements, and track issues to closure
- Review cases in accordance with KPIs and SLAs and ensure case accuracy and quality standards
- Provide additional case scrubs as needed and analyze DSATs to improve team performance
- Coach agents on quality-related topics, including 1:1 and group coaching sessions
- Identify and address widespread QA problems through group coaching and targeted initiatives
- Follow up on feedback and manage case flagger escalations
- Oversee and measure the impact of QA challenge area projects

- At least 3+ years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance
- Strong QA profile with experience working in at least one technical environment
- Proven ability to analyze and create actionable insights to improve team performance
- Advanced knowledge of QA reporting, including identifying incorrect or missing product categorizations and resolutions
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Self-managing with the ability to take on new responsibilities to meet changing business demands
- Proficient in creating and providing reports and KPIs upon request
- Experience in managing technical environments and IT services with a strong focus on business ownership and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes, with the ability to train others and contribute to process improvement
- Capable of quickly adapting to changes in support teams and products
- B2+ English level
