• Advise customers on the effective use of supply chain data to enhance business outcomes
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to build use cases and identify accurate data sources
• Serve as the primary contact for assignment sponsors and senior client staff within supply chain management
• Manage client relationships actively and lead consultancy assignments, except the largest ones
• Work independently while keeping practice management informed, building key customer relationships
• Commit to meeting or exceeding client quality expectations and deliver solutions fitted to client needs
• Develop respect and trust from colleagues at EPAM and clients by promoting collaboration
• Take responsibility for team performance and engagement's financial performance
• Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and create presentations independently
• Continually seek opportunities to surpass client expectations and build strategic relationships

• A total of 13+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a managerial role or 7+ years in relevant industry consultancy (Logistics, Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing)
• Proficiency in Supply Chain data within domains such as Demand/Supply Planning, IBP, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Inventory Management, or Procurement
• Strong desire to expand consulting skills in Supply Chain Analytics
• Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management and recognition as an SME in Digital Supply Chain Solutions
• Viewed as an expert on business operations, aware of current and future trends and technologies
• Possess a wide network of senior industry professionals and leverage it to explore additional work opportunities
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree, while an advanced degree is valued
• Comfortable managing blended utilization and new business targets

• Knowledge of consulting service frameworks
• Experience in delivering client presentations and managing financial performance of projects
• Ability to engage internal and external experts effectively and efficiently within the supply chain domain
