• As a Sr. Manager, you will help to define EPAM's go-to-market value proposition within the CPG, Retail, Travel, or Hospitality space. This includes interfacing with senior leadership to craft industry offerings
• Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a customer's vision & requirements to solutions
• Engage with clients to understand their strategic vision of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed through strategically focused workstreams
• Identify improvement opportunities within client organizations, leveraging industry-specific expertise to recommend actionable and transformative solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable strategies that align with client's business objectives while ensuring measurable results

• 12+ years of professional experience in a consulting company or Consumer industry setting with a demonstrable depth of knowledge. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable
• Expertise in one or more consumer industry sub-verticals- CPG, Retail, Travel or Hospitality
• Experienced consultant in one or more of the following domains: Merchandising excellence, commercial excellence, marketing or supply chain
• Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a client's business
• MBA preferred
