We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who will be involved in the operationalization of computer vision models for object detection, extraction, and classification.
We are working on improving a client tool that allows detecting products on grocery shelves and providing additional metadata and features.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing DS models, customize and parameterize them as needed
- Design, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the full machine learning lifecycle, which includes the following
- Machine learning model optimization
- Data preparation
- Feature extraction
- Monitoring model performance
- Collaboration with data scientists and engineering team to optimize the performance of machine learning pipelines
- Setting up and configuring continuous software integration and deployment processes
- Continuous training in designing and maintaining machine learning models
- Provide capabilities for early detection of various drifts (data, concepts, schemas, etc.)

- Experience as a machine learning or data engineer in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and data pipelines
- Good knowledge and experience in Python development
- Good understanding of the Python machine learning ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas, sklearn, XGBoost, etc.)
- Good understanding of concepts and best practices for efficient deployment and support of machine learning models
- Experience with some platforms/technologies related to best practices for efficient deployment and maintenance of machine learning models, such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI / AI Platform, Databricks MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo Workflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), etc
- Experience with basic software development tools, such as git, continuous integration and deployment environments (such as Jenkins or Buildkite), PyPI, Docker, Kubernetes, unit tests, and object-oriented design in general
- Work on a flexible schedule remotely or from any of our comfortable offices or coworking spaces in Ukraine
