Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts & Testers to ensure quality solutions align with client expectations
  • Work in SAFe environment as a part of Scrum team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, spanning all major products: Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform App Engine, Security Operations
  • Expertise in JS coding
  • Familiarity with software development process (Agile)
  • Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • English level - B2 and above
