Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to promote best practices in coding, testing, and design
- Lead the architecture and design of new systems and components, ensuring alignment with industry standards and modern software development methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and drive features from concept to production
- Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clear communication of system designs, processes, and configurations
- Conceptualize the importance of system and technology integration, along with the associated features and facilities
- Understand organizational policies and processes, recognizing when standardization is necessary and when variations are required

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React and Node.js
- Background in Java and GraphQL
- Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring junior engineers
- Skills in implementing and improving complex systems
- Ability to test and monitor large-scale applications in a production environment
- Understanding of the alignment between team goals and business needs
