Responsibilities
- Spearhead the transformation of existing software using advanced ReactJS and TypeScript techniques
- Liaise closely with stakeholders and product managers to tailor solutions that meet strategic goals
- Enhance existing applications for heightened performance and scalability
- Provide leadership and direction to junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence
- Uphold and advocate for exceptional coding standards during reviews and team discussions
- Engage fully in both planning and execution phases of the software development process
- Maintain and update technical documentation reflecting changes and updates to infrastructure

- 3+ years of relevant JavaScript development experience
- Deep proficiency in ReactJS coupled with strong skills in TypeScript
- Significant experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS
- Established background in high-level software solution architecture
- Strong ability to optimize front-end components for speed and efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical teams
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX design principles
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
