We are seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of our telephony, IVR, and various internal tools.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Java backend technologies with a solid background in AWS and SQL, paired with proficiency in React for frontend development. This role involves leading engineering teams, managing projects, and ensuring high standards of software engineering practices.

- Lead an engineering team to build, operate, streamline, and maintain essential tools to meet evolving customer needs
- Focus on planning and management with minimal time spent hands-on implementing technical projects

- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in working collaboratively across teams
- Expertise in leading technical designs and implementation of highly scalable systems
- Knowledge of API ecosystem, micro-services architecture, cloud-native, and distributed computing
