Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the Java codebase
- Design back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Ensure software reliability via comprehensive unit testing
- Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
- Promote best practices, including unit testing and continuous integration
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to support teamwork
- Contribute to estimation and planning sessions for consistent project alignment
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers

- At least 3 years of development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in building APIs and understanding microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and ReactJS
- Familiarity with Java Messaging and cloud platforms
- Background in financial services or wealth management is beneficial but not required
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
- Understanding of industry standards in financial services
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and Microsoft Azure
