We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer. You'll be part of the Business Transformation team in Wroclaw. The team maintains and continuously enhances the trading and risk management platform through effective collaboration with internal business partners.
This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Wroclaw.

Responsibilities
- Provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
- Collaborate to refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD)
- Meet the high expectations of clients with frequent release cycles of quality software
- Take ownership of both your brand-new and legacy code

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application and system design
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and web services handling
- Excellent knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services, database design, and familiarity with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of the following frameworks: Spring (very important), Spring Boot (an advantage). Familiarity with Hibernate or other JPA solutions
- Experience in unit and integration testing
- Sound knowledge of application security issues, such as authentication, authorization, and auditing
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and proactively in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
- Good command of English (Level B2 or higher)
- Experience with internet/intranet infrastructure/integration projects
- Working knowledge of Autosys
