Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within an engineering team to enhance, operate, and maintain our Telephony, IVR, and other internal tools
  • Work closely with product and design teams to analyze requirements, devise solutions, and draft roadmaps, managing projects from inception to deployment
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Lead sprint planning sessions and daily stand-ups to ensure team meets delivery commitments and continuously improve processes
  • Conduct Quality Inspections, Walkthroughs, Design Reviews, Code Reviews, and Security Reviews to uphold standards
Requirements
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Java development
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and tools
  • Experienced with Amazon Web Services, leveraging various AWS services for optimized application performance
  • Skilled in React.js for building user interfaces
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful services and APIs
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, Cucumber for API testing and development
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes; proficient in version control with Git and CI/CD with Jenkins
  • Proficient in using Kibana and Datadog for monitoring and logging purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and other company functions
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud-native application development
