This position plays a critical role in creating backend solutions using proficiency in Java and Spring Framework to support and advance business needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust Java codebase
- Design back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Ensure software quality through thorough unit testing
- Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards
- Apply best practices, including unit testing and continuous integration
- Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to enhance teamwork
- Contribute to estimation and project planning sessions for alignment
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members

- At least 3 years of development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an allied field; Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in building APIs with an understanding of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and ReactJS
- Familiarity with Java Messaging and cloud platforms
- Background in financial services or wealth management is a plus
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
- Understanding of industry standards in financial services
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
