- Architect, develop, and maintain AEM components to enhance website functionality and performance
- Lead code reviews to maintain high development standards and ensure code quality
- Write and execute unit tests to ensure system reliability
- Mentor junior and middle-level developers, providing technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs

- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Extensive experience in AEM Sites & Assets, AEM Components, AEM DAM, and AEM MSM
- Strong understanding of dialogs and OSGi services within the AEM platform
- Proficiency in content migration processes
- Advanced expertise in Java and related frameworks
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
- B2+ English proficiency for effective communication
