Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly proficient Senior Java Developer to enhance our software systems, which play a vital role in planning the growth of Data Centers, including managing supply timelines and supplier relationships. This position requires close collaboration with the team, client engagement, and active contributions to creating high-performance platforms that drive innovative Logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and resolve blockers
• Work closely with a Europe-based Lead to maintain seamless team alignment
• Serve as a primary point of contact in client-side Management and Product Owner meetings
• Participate extensively in hands-on software development activities as a senior Software Engineer
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions, offering informed estimations for project deliverables
• Deliver high-quality software solutions within established timelines
• Offer mentorship and share expertise to improve team performance and collaboration
• Support project advancement by monitoring progress, reporting achievements, and identifying risks
• Solve technical issues independently through innovative approaches
• Participate in development and integration initiatives during the system implementation life cycle

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and integration across system lifecycles, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Java
• Some background in assisting teams or projects at a higher level of responsibility
• Knowledge of SQL for database integration and operations
• Competency in engaging directly with clients, including status reporting and workload discussions
• Proficiency in problem-solving with the ability to address technical issues independently
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Guice, and Protocol Buffers
• Understanding of Guava to enhance application performance and efficiency
• Flexibility to use new technologies as project requirements evolve
