Senior Java Developer

• Manage the development of advanced web-based responsive learning tools for educators and learners
• Guide and mentor teams of engineers, product managers, designers, alongside sales and marketing teams to create high-quality products that exceed customer expectations
• Oversee comprehensive end-to-end delivery including technical design, advanced development, thorough testing, and robust maintenance of products
• Manage product performance using advanced observability platforms
• Drive product engineering for B2B and B2C segments, ensuring peak performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Champion the adoption and integration of cutting-edge technologies
• Uphold and demand high standards for code quality and overall product delivery

• 3+ years of experience in Java development
• Deep proficiency in web-based product engineering
• Strong expertise in managing different layers of the software stack, including advanced front end, complex backend systems, and comprehensive database management
• Proven experience with observability platforms to optimize product health
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-native development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications
• Commitment to continuous learning and mastery of new technologies
• Minimum English language level of B2+
