Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Java codebase
- Design and construct back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Conduct unit testing to ensure software reliability
- Perform code reviews to maintain high standards in code quality
- Advocate for best practices including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
- Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to foster team collaboration
- Contribute to estimation and planning sessions to ensure project alignment
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other developers

- Minimum of 3 years in development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in API development with an understanding of microservices architecture
- Background in financial services such as wealth management is appreciated but not required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English at a C1+ level
- Familiarity with financial services industry standards
